Local Pickup (FREE):

  • Local pickup is available from our Sydney shop next to Costco in Lidcombe

Free Shipping to Australia:

  • Free Standard Domestic Shipping for orders over $150

    Delivery: 

    We use AusPost and other Couriers depending on the weight, size and destination. You can see the delivery estimate on checkout page.

    Same Day Dispatch: for orders before 1:00pm AEDT on weekdays (excluding public holidays). 

    We don't hold responsibility of cost and delay incurred by incorrect shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, Australia Post will charge return shipping fee that needs to be covered by the customer.

    Domestic:

    For most small items, we use AusPost for domestic shipping, 2 options available:

    • eParcel Express: orders will delivered on the Next Business Day* if your postcode is in Australia Post Express Delivery Network.
      • Please note: eParcel express does not come with Next Business Day Guarantee Compensation Auspost put on their website for retail customers However, eParcel Express use same network as retail Express so 99% parcels in express network arrive next business day. 
    • Standard Shipping: 1-6 business days depending on your location. 

    For bulky items, we may use other courier services.

    International:

    We provide various shipping options for international orders.

    Please note, we don't hold responsibility if parcel is lost via shipping methods without tracking though they are cheap. If your order contains high value items, please use registered post or express. Also, Please note that there may be costs involved depending on the type and value of the goods or products you purchasing. These can include clearance fees, customs duty, goods and services tax (GST) and other taxes. Please contact local customs or independent customs broker for the clearance.

    Batteries may not be able to ship to certain countries.

     

    Combine Shipping:

    It's such a common need to add more items to yet shipped order to avoid unnecessary postage. To do so 

      • Place another order with Local Pickup(Free)
      • In the order, leave an order note on the cart page to include the number of your earlier order's number that is not fulfilled
      • Additional shipping cost may apply according to the weight and size

    Delivery estimation:

    1. Next business day delivery after dispatch

    Coverage
    Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.
    Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
    If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.
    Saturday Morning Express
    Addresses in metro area of NSW or ACT might be able to receive parcels on Saturday morning if Express Delivery was chosen and order shipped on Friday before close of business of Australia Post. Please check if your address is eligible here with our post code 2116.

    Metro - up to 2 business days

    Country - up to 5 business days

    Sending interstate:

    Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points

    Country - Please ask at your local Post Office

    3. Dispatch time
           If products are marked dispatched from our overseas warehouse, they will be redirect to our local dispatch centre first. Once our warehouse receives your package, we will dispatch them from our Sydney warehouse via Australia Post. For example, Next Business Days delivery counts from when we ship the products out from our local warehouse.
